The monthly pricing may vary depending on the type of rodent stations or bait used. Extra out buildings or existing pest issues may increase the initial price. Homes out of our service area may be subject to higher initial or quarterly prices than those listed above. We do not treat for termites, bedbugs, gophers, or bats. We do not guarantee against damage done by Wood Destroying Organisms. If you have an existing mouse problem there may be an additional one time price for each bait monitoring station we install at your property. This is not an offer for an existing flea or mite job.
