How This Idahoan is Changing The Pest Control Industry

The pest control industry is built on big contracts with big initial services and huge cancellation fees. No one will ever understand why you should have to pay to have your pest control guy stop coming. Just like your satellite or cable provider, cell phone service, alarm system pest control companies have used contracts to lock you in and then make you suffer with sub-par service. When was the last time you tried to get a hold of your pest control company? If you had to be put on hold or forwarded then you know how frustrating it can be to have a service that is supposed to make your life easier but instead is just another thorn in your side.

How It's Been

After talking to hundreds of customers we identified some of the biggest issues folks are having with their pest company. Here is what we found:
