Policy Regarding Quarterly Service, Warranty, and Callbacks

Quarterly Service and Pricing:
Our services are designed to provide optimal pest protection through regular, preventative treatments administered quarterly (every three months).Pricing is based on a consistent four services per year, received each quarter. This ensures your home remains protected throughout the changing seasons and pest cycles.

Warranty:
We offer a warranty between services to cover pest issues that may arise.

Important: This warranty is contingent upon receiving consistent quarterly service as scheduled.  Maintaining this regular service schedule is crucial for the long-term effectiveness of our treatments and to prevent pest infestations.

Winter Service and Spring Callbacks:
Winter service is a vital preventative measure that targets overwintering pests and helps prevent infestations in the spring.Customers who decline the winter preventative service may experience an increase in pest activity in the spring.

While we will always address urgent pest issues, please note that callbacks related to issues that could have been prevented by consistent quarterly service, including the winter service, may be subject to a service charge.

Our Commitment:
Crosstown Pest Control is dedicated to providing effective pest control solutions and excellent customer service. We offer a variety of service options to meet your specific needs and strive to create a pest-free environment for your home or business.

Service Options and Warranties:

Recurring Services:
Monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and other recurring service plans are available.All recurring services include a 90-day reservice warranty. If pests return within 90 days of your scheduled service, we will return and re-treat your property at no additional charge.

One-Time/Single Services:
One-time services include a 30-day warranty. If pests return within 30 days of your service, we will return and re-treat your property at no additional charge.

Pest Control Limitations:
While we make every effort to eliminate your pest problems using all legal and responsible methods, complete eradication cannot always be guaranteed. In the event that we are unable to resolve a pest issue, you are eligible for a full refund of the cost of the most recent service performed at your home or business.

Exclusions:
Crosstown Pest Control does not offer services or warranties for the following pests:

Pocket gophers
Bats
Small mammals (e.g., squirrels & moles)
Birds
Bed bugs
Termites

In cases where we refer you to another company for these specialized services, that company assumes all liability and warranty coverage.

Warranty Conditions:
To maintain your warranty coverage, you must adhere to the sanitation and cleanliness guidelines provided by our technicians, both verbally and in writing, at the time of service. Failure to follow these instructions may void your warranty.
